Eric Braun is Senior Director of Innovation for Retail Business Services bringing new technology solutions to the retail shopping and omnichannel experiences. An example of our work is our Lunchbox frictionless store. His team experiments with vendor solutions and new concepts to help the company and their great local brands bring a better Connected Customer experience to retail grocery.

As an expert in innovation, entrepreneurship and technology, Eric has built and led teams to create forward-thinking systems and applications that have gone on to win multiple awards and create new paradigms for how work can be done. During the past 20 years, he co-founded 4 tech startups and a startup incubator, has advised hundreds of entrepreneurs and mentored many future technology and business leaders.

Retail Business Services is the services company of Ahold Delhaize USA providing services to the retail brands – Food Lion, Giant Food, The Giant Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop – to support their strategies.
